Raven Pandora Holmes (born 6th June 1982) is a neutral witch, the youngest daughter and middle child of Susan Holmes and Mark Reinhardt. She has two elder half-sisters, Rowan and Ariana Holmes, and a elder half-brother, Jason Holmes. She runs the magic shop "Fenton Mirage" with her elder sister and with the help of their niece, and works evenings at a local bar called Horison Bar & Grill as a bartender.

She's known for handing out "special" drinks (potions) to those who need them for things like luck, protection or healing, among other reasons. She also hands out "special" drinks (potions) that hinder aggressors, never so far as to severely injure them, but it's still controversial among some witches. Most people, however, are totally unaware of the magic they're drinking, they just either think it tastes particularly nice or bad.

She's a member of the Holmes family, a family of renowned witches, and the niece of the late and famed hunter-witch Emmie Holmes. While Emmie and her kids lived in the family home in Pine Hollow, West Virginia, Raven and her siblings were born and raised in their father's hometown of Fenton Harbour, a small harbour town in Virginia. Despite Emmie being the younger sister of Susan, she arguably gained more prestige in life.
